Rebuilding Your Confidence and Value
We believe in finding your worth. This workshop helps you work through the feelings of guilt, anger, or depression that may arise from losing a job. We don’t believe in feeling expendable—everyone has value, and we’re here to help you see that. Through participant-centered exercises, you’ll begin to rebuild your self-esteem and recognize the strengths and skills that make you indispensable, regardless of the changes you’re facing.
Address Emotional Struggles
We believe in acknowledging every emotion. When faced with unexpected change, emotions like anger and sadness can cloud your judgment and energy. We don’t believe in ignoring these emotions—addressing them is essential to moving forward. You’ll explore your emotional responses to change and learn strategies to work through them, regaining a sense of control over your circumstances.
