Face Your Fears and Concerns
We believe in courage through self-awareness. One of the biggest barriers to effective coping is fear or concern about change. This workshop encourages participants to confront those fears head-on. We don’t believe in avoiding discomfort—facing fears allows for greater resilience. You’ll learn strategies to manage anxiety and approach change with more confidence and less fear.
