We believe in learning that engages and transforms. The Designing and Delivering Dynamic Learning workshop is a comprehensive, five-day train-the-trainer program that immerses both new and experienced trainers in the art of crafting effective, engaging learning experiences. We don’t believe in static lectures—dynamic learning inspires lasting results.
This workshop helps trainers develop participant-centered content that maximizes learning outcomes through a variety of interactive activities and audiovisual aids. We believe in using proven methods. Leveraging the UCLA Mastery Teaching Model and principles of accelerated learning, this program offers evidence-based strategies tailored for adult learners. We don’t believe in guesswork—our methods are rooted in research and best practices.
On the first day, you begin the six-step lesson planning process. You conduct a needs assessment, identify learning goals, and create objectives using key content templates. The focus is on planning for both skill-building and attitude-changing programs. As homework, you complete the first three steps of your own lesson plan, which will be reviewed by the facilitator and returned on Day Two.
On Day Two, kyou finish the lesson planning process. You create an agenda, select learning activities, and plan how to evaluate learning outcomes. The focus is on creating a cohesive plan that drives effective learning. You then complete the final three steps as home practice, which will be critiqued and returned on Day Three.
Day Three introduces you to a variety of learning activities, such as focus questions, questionnaires, case studies, games, role plays, and hands-on exercises. You experience, assess, and design these activities, while also learning to incorporate accelerated learning techniques into your lessons. This day emphasizes diversity in teaching approaches to cater to different learning preferences.
On Day Four, you focus on experimenting with different activities that enhance learner motivation and interest. You also practice stand-up presentation skills, delivering a brief original presentation designed to engage participants. This session aims to build confidence in using interactive methods to present material effectively.
The final day provides an opportunity for you to apply everything you have learned throughout the week. You facilitate a ten-minute interactive learning activity you designed, receiving both verbal and written feedback from peers and the facilitator. You also receive an MP4 of your facilitation session, allowing for personal review and reflection.
The Designing and Delivering Dynamic Learning workshop offers an intensive, hands-on experience that empowers trainers with the skills needed to create engaging, effective learning programs. By focusing on practical lesson planning, diverse activities, and presentation skills, you leave with the tools necessary to foster an impactful learning environment. Whether you are just starting out or are a seasoned trainer, this program helps you take your training delivery to the next level.

“I attended your ‘Train the Trainer’ program in Manhattan a few weeks ago. I really took to heart what was taught, practiced, and learned during the training.
I added the colorful charts, a good agenda, toys and give aways, the walk from chart to chart, koosh balls, pop ups, music, cartoons, and lots of audience participation.
I facilitated two 3-hour People Skills Workshops for IT professionals at my office. I got high scores on my evaluation survey, which I did not hand out last! The manager was happy.
The participants expressed that it was much more fun than they thought it would be. They set goals to use what was learned. All in all it was fantastic!
Because of your training techniques, I enhanced my training and facilitation skills 100%! No kidding!
I used what you taught and would recommend your training to anyone who needs to learn how to train, facilitate, or needs to learn anything!
Thank you Deb for all the great learning!!””
