I liked the fact that she made us think about a situation and work it out versus just listening to her present it.
She was excellent. I think that all methods and the mix, including humor elements, improved ingestion and retention.
The presentation was varied and interesting. Deb brought people into the discussions.
I learned the importance of the difference between win/win and compromise. Also need to separate the personalities and ask good questions to identify the other party’s needs.
