Corporate Booking and Refund Policy

Purpose

At Laurel and Associates, Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality, customized training for corporate teams. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our Booking and Refund Policy for corporate workshops below.

1.0 Booking Policy

1.1 Group Size

• Corporations must book a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 participants per workshop.
• Workshops can be delivered in person at your location or virtually via Zoom.

1.2 Workshop Fees

• The cost of each workshop is $6,000 USD for up to 30 participants.
• For on-site workshops, additional travel fees may apply depending on the location of the event. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.

1.3 Deposit and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the training session.
• Certificates of completion will be provided after full payment is received.

1.4 Booking Confirmation

Once your deposit is received, a confirmation email will be sent outlining all workshop details. This includes date, time, location (or Zoom link), and any preparation required.

 1.5 Late Bookings

Workshops must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Bookings made less than 7 days prior will be accepted only if space is available, with immediate payment required to confirm.

2.0 Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations and Rescheduling by Corporations

• Cancellations or rescheduling are accepted with more than 48 hours’ notice before the workshop start time. In such cases, the deposit will either be refunded or applied to a rescheduled date.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours’ notice may be accommodated, subject to availability and an additional fee.

 2.2 Cancellations by Laurel & Associates Ltd.

In the unlikely event that Laurel and Associates, Ltd. cancels the workshop, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued. Alternatively, corporations may opt to reschedule the workshop at no additional cost.

2.3 No-Show Policy

If participants fail to attend the workshop without prior notice, the full payment, including the deposit, will be retained, and no refund will be issued.
