Once your deposit is received, a confirmation email will be sent outlining all workshop details. This includes date, time, location (or Zoom link), and any preparation required.
Workshops must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Bookings made less than 7 days prior will be accepted only if space is available, with immediate payment required to confirm.
In the unlikely event that Laurel and Associates, Ltd. cancels the workshop, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued. Alternatively, corporations may opt to reschedule the workshop at no additional cost.
If participants fail to attend the workshop without prior notice, the full payment, including the deposit, will be retained, and no refund will be issued.
